Exercise Valve

Exercise Valve causes the ERT module to move the water meter's valve. Moving the valve is good routine maintenance to prevent the valve from becoming stuck due to inactivity, and for troubleshooting a stuck valve.

You must have Perform Connect permissions to perform this function.

This command prompts you for inputs. The inputs vary by device. Expand the device type you're working with for its input details. For descriptions of the results, see Result and success fields.
